- Remove your frozen or defrosted meal from the packaging. The packaging is suitable for use in the oven up to a maximum temperature of 120 degrees Celsius. If you want to go higher in temperature, we advise you to use a suitable oven dish.

- Heat the meal at a temperature of 120 degrees Celsius (original packaging) for 15-20 minutes. In a suitable oven dish at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes. Depending on how far the meal has defrosted.
