Microwave

Heat in the microwave

  1. Poke some holes in the foil of the meal.
  2. Heat the meal in the microwave at 600W for 3-4 minutes if defrosted and 6-7 minutes if frozen.
  3. After heating, open the meal slightly in a corner and pour out the frozen liquid from the container
  4. If you like, add some more herbs or sauce. Enjoy!

Pan

Want to reheat your frozen meal in the pan? You can, follow these steps:

  1. Remove your frozen or thawed meal from the packaging.
  2. Place the meal in the pan with a little butter, oil.
  3. Heat the meal over medium heat for 8-15 minutes, depending on how far the meal has defrosted.
  4. Cover the pan with a lid to retain the heat.
  5. Stir the pan regularly to prevent your meal from burning.
  6. Place your meal on your plate.
  7. If you like, add some more herbs or sauce. Enjoy!

Oven

Reheat in the oven

  1. Remove your frozen or defrosted meal from the packaging. The packaging is suitable for use in the oven up to a maximum temperature of 120 degrees Celsius.  If you want to go higher in temperature, we advise you to use a suitable oven dish.
  2. Place the meal in a suitable oven dish, to prevent sticking use .Or use the original packaging, but pay attention to the temperature.
  3. Heat the meal at a temperature of 120 degrees Celsius (original packaging) for 15-20 minutes. In a suitable oven dish at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes. Depending on how far the meal has defrosted.
  4. Place your meal on your plate.
  5. If you like, add some more herbs or sauce. Enjoy!

Steam box

Heat in the Steambox

  1. Remove your frozen or thawed meal from the packaging
  2. Place the meal in the Steambox food container
  3. Add water to the Steambox (follow the Steambox instructions).
  4. Turn on the Steambox and start steaming, on average it takes 15-20 minutes before your meal is ready.
